Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely processing
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making and business growth
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian financial regulations and internal controls
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and efficiency
- Develop and implement financial policies to optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with department heads on cost management and financial planning
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years finance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Expertise in Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership experience with team management abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
