Winford Manila Resort and Casino is currently seeking a highly skilled and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. In this key role, you will assist in maintaining strict control over the company's income, expenses, assets, and liabilities, ensuring the financial health and stability of our resort and gaming operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in maintaining strict control over income, expenses, assets, and liabilities of the company.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management and banking relations.
- Ensure full compliance with local gaming regulations and accounting standards (GAAP).
- Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments to mitigate potential losses.
- Manage the annual budgeting process and provide variance analysis to senior management.
- Collaborate with operational departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a financial management role, preferably within the hospitality or gaming industry.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Deep understanding of Philippine tax laws and gaming regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Strong communication skills to effectively present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
