Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full financial lifecycle, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
- Lead the preparation of accurate monthly management accounts, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects.
- Ensure strict compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MAS) and relevant tax regulations.
- Manage cash flow, banking relations, and treasury functions to ensure optimal liquidity.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely statutory submissions.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and risk management protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role within the construction or property development sector.
- Demonstrated ability to run a finance department independently and effectively.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian tax laws, payroll regulations, and statutory reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex financial data to the MD and board.
