Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing processes for global entities.
- Drive the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports in compliance with IFRS and local regulatory requirements.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to align with the company’s strategic growth objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to provide financial analysis, variance commentary, and actionable business insights.
- Enhance financial internal controls and identify process improvements to increase reporting efficiency and data integrity.
- Support external audit processes and ensure full compliance with statutory filings and tax regulations.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and liquidity analysis to support the group's investment strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certification (CPA, ACCA, or CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of progressive experience in financial reporting, ideally within a multinational tech or service-based organization.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and high-level Excel modeling skills.
- Deep understanding of IFRS, statutory accounting standards, and local tax regulations in Singapore.
- Proven ability to analyze complex financial data and translate findings into clear, strategic presentations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing small teams and working across diverse regional time zones.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
