Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle corporate accounting operations including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Prepare and submit compliant financial statements and regulatory reports adhering to Indonesian standards
- Lead annual budgeting and rolling forecast development with variance analysis
- Manage financial reporting systems ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls and SOX compliance frameworks
- Drive process optimization in accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management
- Conduct financial analysis supporting strategic decision-making and investment evaluation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA certification preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in Indonesian GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analytics tools
- Demonstrated success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing finance teams
- Excellent analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia for cross-functional collaboration
