Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee financial planning, reporting, and analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial information
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Provide strategic financial guidance to drive business growth and maximize profitability
- Manage financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization
- Lead and mentor the finance team to foster professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance management experience
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Experience in biotechnology or life sciences industry is advantageous
