Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations including month-end/year-end closing processes
- Lead financial reporting and analysis for stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Manage taxation compliance, tax planning, and government reporting
- Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure regulatory adherence
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate operational risks
- Drive budgeting and forecasting processes across all departments
- Manage vendor relationships and optimize working capital
- Lead and develop the finance team through performance coaching
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive finance management experience
- Expertise in Indonesian tax regulations and financial compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software
- Proven experience with financial audits and internal controls
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
