Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily financial operations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Oversee the budgeting process and provide variance analysis.
- Implement and improve financial control systems and internal audits.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes efficiently.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and forecasting.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore’s accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Finance Manager or Senior Finance role.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor a finance team.
