Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full spectrum of financial and accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll.
- Develop and implement financial budgets, forecasts, and long-term strategic business plans.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Oversee cash flow management and working capital optimization to ensure liquidity and profitability.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant regulatory bodies to maintain corporate compliance.
- Analyze financial performance variances and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional qualification like ACCA, CPA, or CIMA is preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, or ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and tax legislation.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive financial data with high integrity and confidentiality.
- Resilient, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
