Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management
- Develop and implement financial systems, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing insights to support strategic decision-making
- Manage cash flow and ensure optimal utilization of financial resources
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and tax requirements
- Supervise and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the agricultural sector
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop finance teams
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly
- Strategic thinking abilities with a focus on driving business growth through financial management
