Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all financial operations of the plant, including general accounting, cost accounting, budgetary control, treasury, and tax functions.
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial projections and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage cash flow effectively, ensuring optimal working capital management and liquidity for plant operations.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and prepare management reports for local and regional stakeholders.
- Take charge of tax planning and compliance (e.g., SST, income tax), liaising with external auditors and tax authorities as required.
- Administer and optimize the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for finance modules, driving efficiency and data integrity.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, MIA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry.
- Proven experience in full-plant finance management, including cost accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards (MFRS/FRS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with a strong business acumen.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop a finance team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of management and external stakeholders.
