Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes with accurate financial statements
- Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll functions
- Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls
- Coordinate with external auditors and financial institutions
- Optimize financial processes using ERP systems and automation tools
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive finance management experience
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial software
- Experience in packaging/manufacturing industry advantageous
- Proven leadership ability with team management experience
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance
