Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations including planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage cash flow to ensure the company's liquidity and operational efficiency
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master's degree is preferred
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in a similar industry is highly desirable
