Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls
- Manage financial reporting and provide insights to executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and treasury operations
- Drive process improvements in financial systems and reporting tools
- Lead and develop the finance team through coaching and performance management
- Collaborate with department heads on financial aspects of business initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience with 2+ years in management
- Expertise in financial regulations, tax compliance, and internal controls
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proven track record in financial planning and strategic decision-making
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing finance teams
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting
