Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business goals
- Oversee monthly/year-end closing processes and financial reporting accuracy
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis initiatives
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and treasury operations
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal control improvements
- Drive cost optimization initiatives across logistics operations
- Provide financial guidance to senior management and department heads
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 5+ years in finance management within logistics/supply chain
- Expertise in Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and BI tools
- Proven leadership experience managing finance teams
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Certifications (e.g., ACCA, CMA) highly advantageous
