Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end operations of the Finance Department, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with MFRS and relevant financial standards.
- Develop and monitor the annual budget process, performing variance analysis to ensure departmental spending aligns with organizational goals.
- Formulate and execute effective cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and working capital.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with tax regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Provide actionable financial insights and analytical support to hospital management for strategic decision-making.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of finance staff to ensure team efficiency and development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is highly preferred).
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, preferably within the healthcare or hospitality industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Comprehensive knowledge of local tax laws, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent leadership abilities with proven experience in managing team performance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
