Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all financial operations including accounting, reporting, and compliance
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support project-based activities
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for engineering projects
- Ensure adherence to Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Manage finance team performance and professional development
- Coordinate with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives
- Prepare executive financial reports and board presentations
- Optimize cash flow and working capital management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA or professional certification (CPA/ACCA) preferred
- Minimum 7 years finance experience with 3+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in project finance and engineering industry accounting
- Advanced proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and corporate compliance
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
