Santa Elena Properties, Inc. is currently seeking a highly analytical and strategic Finance Manager to lead our financial operations in Cabuyao City. In this pivotal role, you will act as a key business partner to the executive team, ensuring the fiscal health and long-term sustainability of our property development projects.
The successful candidate will oversee all accounting functions, internal controls, and financial reporting processes. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can translate complex financial data into actionable insights, driving profitable growth and ensuring rigorous compliance with local statutory requirements.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement robust internal control systems to ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
- Analyze financial performance to provide strategic recommendations that support business growth and cost-efficiency.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow monitoring, capital expenditure tracking, and banking relationships.
- Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage project-specific budgets and variance analysis.
- Supervise the accounting team, fostering a culture of accuracy, transparency, and timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial management, ideally within the property development or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in financial software (ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and current tax legislation.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations, cash flow, and tax compliance in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
