Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze financial performance against key KPIs to identify growth opportunities and cost-saving measures.
- Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations to maintain liquidity.
- Collaborate with department heads to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Lead tax planning and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance management or corporate accounting.
- Proven expertise in budgeting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (data modeling, macros, and pivots).
- Deep understanding of Philippine tax laws, IFRS, and local financial regulations.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional projects.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for high-level stakeholder reporting.
