We are seeking a highly strategic and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will drive critical business decisions and oversee the company's financial operations. You will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with financial regulations while navigating a dynamic business environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function to support strategic business decision-making.
- Manage daily financial operations, including general ledger management, accounts payable, and payroll processing.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial compliance standards and internal control policies.
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management.
- Oversee the budgeting process and provide variance analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team.
- Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and banking relationships effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar senior financial role (minimum 5 years).
- Certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
