Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for construction projects.
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and tax laws.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Manage cash flow and ensure liquidity.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, preferably within construction or engineering.
- Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles and project cost management.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
