You will be responsible for managing a high-performing finance team, preparing accurate financial reports, and ensuring full compliance with Malaysian accounting standards and regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full financial accounting cycle, including month-end and year-end close processes.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, providing strategic insights to senior management.
- Manage the preparation of statutory financial statements and management accounts in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Supervise and mentor a team of junior accountants and finance staff.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and efficiency.
- Ensure robust internal controls and risk management frameworks are in place.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and bank representatives.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA qualification.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in a similar Finance Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and analysis.
- Experience in the Oil & Gas or related manufacturing sectors is highly preferred.
- Proficient in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Demonstrated track record of leading teams and driving process improvements.
