We are seeking a strategic Finance Manager to drive financial excellence and sustainable growth in our Indonesian operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will safeguard the company's financial health by implementing robust internal controls, delivering actionable insights, and optimizing financial strategies for scalability and profitability. This role requires a proactive leader who can navigate Indonesia's dynamic business landscape while ensuring compliance with local regulations and international financial standards.
You will oversee financial planning, risk management, and reporting processes, transforming complex data into strategic recommendations that empower executive decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Indonesian tax law and accounting practices, with a proven ability to lead finance teams through periods of transformation and market expansion.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all financial operations including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Design and implement internal controls to ensure compliance and mitigate financial risks
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic insights to drive business growth
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities
- Oversee tax planning and compliance with Indonesian financial regulations
- Develop scalable financial systems and processes to support business expansion
- Mentor and develop finance team members to enhance organizational capability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA preferred)
- Minimum 7 years of finance experience with 3+ years in managerial roles
- Expertise in Indonesian GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial analysis tools
- Proven track record in implementing internal controls and risk management frameworks
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
