Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with GAAP and local regulations.
- Lead the budgeting process, providing variance analysis and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with healthcare industry regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Manage and mentor the finance team, conducting performance reviews and fostering professional development.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and improve overall financial efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or ACCA qualification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance management, preferably within the healthcare or private sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial reporting software, ERP systems, and MS Excel (Advanced level).
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s financial reporting standards, tax laws, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
