As our Finance Manager, you will lead the accounting department, providing actionable insights that drive profitability and operational efficiency across our hotel properties. You will work closely with senior leadership to forecast trends, manage budgets, and ensure 100% compliance with regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end financial operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Payroll.
- Develop and monitor annual operating budgets and provide monthly variance analysis to department heads.
- Ensure rigorous compliance with BIR regulations, local tax laws, and hospitality industry standards.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and investment planning.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements and management reports for executive stakeholders.
- Drive cost-control initiatives to maximize operational profitability without compromising service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the finance and accounting team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, ideally within the hospitality or service industry.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Sun Systems) and advanced ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data into strategic business decisions.
- Expertise in taxation, Philippine accounting standards (PFRS), and internal auditing processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and attention to detail.
