Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and mentorship
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Monitor financial performance and provide insights for strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial planning and analysis
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification (ACCA, CMA, CPA) is a plus
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Experience in a similar industry or sector is preferred
