Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes and ensure the integrity of financial statements.
- Develop and manage comprehensive annual budgets and rolling forecasts to support business decision-making.
- Optimize cash flow management and working capital to ensure operational stability and fund growth initiatives.
- Oversee tax compliance, audit processes, and statutory reporting in accordance with local regulations.
- Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting on joint venture initiatives to senior leadership.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to foster a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or ICAEW) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management or corporate accounting.
- Strong technical knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and Malaysian tax laws.
- Demonstrated experience in managing cash flow, budgets, and financial reporting for growing organizations.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL-based ERP systems) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to navigate complex business environments and joint venture structures.
