Tanggung Jawab
- Lead all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Oversee monthly/quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and financial standards
- Manage accounting team performance and professional development
- Optimize financial processes using ERP systems and automation tools
- Conduct financial audits and implement internal controls
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modeling and analysis
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA or equivalent certification
- 5+ years of progressive finance management experience
- Expertise in Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (SAP/Oracle) and Excel
- Strong leadership skills with team management experience
- Proven track record in process optimization and cost control
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
