Tanggung Jawab
- Lead regional finance transformation initiatives and align global standards with local operational requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, management accounts, and statutory reports.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure resource allocation supports business objectives.
- Drive profitability analysis, variance reporting, and cost optimization strategies.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals to enhance overall departmental performance.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Finance role.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is required.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Malay.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
