As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in steering the financial health and operational success of the organization. You will take full ownership of the month-end closing processes, manage cash flow, and lead the budgeting and forecasting activities. Additionally, you will act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities, ensuring full compliance with local financial regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the month-end and year-end closing processes accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and optimize company cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for daily operations and strategic investments.
- Develop, implement, and monitor annual budgets and financial forecasts in alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate tax planning and compliance activities, ensuring strict adherence to local tax laws and regulations.
- Act as the main point of contact for external auditors, tax agents, and statutory bodies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive, accurate financial reports and analysis to senior management.
- Review, establish, and improve existing financial processes, policies, and internal controls.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a recognized professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MICPA).
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Strong technical knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and local taxation laws.
- Proficient in using financial software, advanced MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
