About the Role:
Terry Selection, Inc. is a dynamic and growing company dedicated to delivering quality services. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager/Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations in Pasig City. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of ₱45,000 to ₱60,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
As the Finance Manager/Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for the overall financial management of the company. You will lead the accounting team, prepare financial reports, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Your insights will directly influence strategic business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Key duties include budget preparation and monitoring, financial planning and analysis, oversight of accounting operations, ensuring tax compliance, implementing internal controls, and coordinating audits. You will also mentor and develop a team of finance professionals.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate is a CPA with a solid background in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years of progressive experience including management responsibilities. You should have strong technical knowledge of PFRS and tax laws, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent Excel skills. Leadership, communication, and analytical abilities are essential.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis.
- Maintain and enforce internal controls, accounting policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure compliance with audit and tax requirements.
- Lead and mentor the finance team, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Filipino.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
