- Lead the design and implementation of financial analytics dashboards and process automation strategies.
- Oversee the monthly and annual financial reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate financial systems and streamline workflows.
- Ensure strict adherence to local tax laws, financial regulations, and internal controls.
- Manage and mentor a team of financial analysts to drive performance and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with a strong focus on analytics or process automation.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong Excel modeling skills and experience with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and high attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
