Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger operations
- Oversee group consolidation processes for multi-entity financial statements
- Analyze financial data and prepare consolidated reports for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and construction-specific accounting standards
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and financial audits
- Develop and maintain internal controls for financial operations
- Collaborate with project teams to manage construction budgets and cost controls
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or ACCA certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years in finance management with construction industry exposure
- Proven expertise in full-set accounting and group consolidation
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience managing finance teams and developing talent
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
