Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily financial operations and accounting activities.
- Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends and financial data to support decision-making.
- Manage the budgeting process, monitor expenditures, and ensure strict adherence to financial controls.
- Ensure full compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and liaise with external auditors if required.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights and support for business planning.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3-5+ years) in a similar Finance Manager or Assistant Finance Manager role.
- Strong proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong ethical standards and a high level of attention to detail.
- Valid professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA) is a plus.
