HGS Offshore Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our Australian client. In this pivotal remote role, you will be responsible for the end-to-day management of our finance function, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting and seamless coordination between our local team and Australian stakeholders. This position requires a professional who is comfortable working in a morning shift to align with Australian business hours.
As the Finance Manager, you will serve as the trusted financial advisor, driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with Australian accounting standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of daily finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow analyses for Australian stakeholders.
- Utilize NetSuite ERP system to manage financial transactions, reconcile accounts, and ensure data integrity.
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Liaise effectively with Australian management teams and external auditors to ensure compliance and transparency.
- Implement and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to mitigate financial risk.
- Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships to ensure liquidity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/ACCA certification is a strong plus).
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or Senior Accountant, specifically within the Australian market or working with Australian businesses.
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite (Cloud ERP) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Australian accounting standards (AASB) and tax regulations.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with a focus on clear communication and self-motivation.
- Availability to work a morning shift (Philippine time) to support Australian business operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
