Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end entity-level financial reporting and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure strict compliance with local accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and Macquarie Group internal controls.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
- Review and validate journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Partner with business units in Commodities and Global Markets to support strategic financial planning and analysis.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors and regulatory bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, or entity management, preferably within the commodities or financial services sector.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting frameworks.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
