Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and perform financial consolidation for the group of companies ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for management review.
- Collaborate with project managers to oversee project costing, budget monitoring, and variance analysis.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory, tax, and audit requirements.
- Support cash flow management, forecasting, and working capital optimization.
- Drive the implementation of internal controls and process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/CA).
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience, preferably within the Construction or Engineering industry.
- Proficiency in financial consolidation and group reporting standards.
- Strong technical knowledge of Singapore FRS and tax regulations.
- Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
