Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee financial operations for construction projects, including WIP tracking and cost control
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring accurate consolidation of project data
- Develop and maintain project budgets, providing regular financial updates to stakeholders
- Lead the financial close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Collaborate with project managers to assess project profitability and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders
- Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or ACCA preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management within the construction industry
- Proven expertise in WIP accounting and financial consolidation processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience with construction-specific accounting software and ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and construction industry regulations
