Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial operations specific to construction projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Track and report on Work in Progress (WIP) to ensure accurate project costing and financial reporting
- Lead the monthly and annual financial consolidation processes for the organization
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure proper financial tracking and reporting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for construction projects
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of accounting systems and processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong experience with project costing and Work in Progress accounting
- Expertise in financial consolidation processes and procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software (AWS and VB experience preferred)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
