We are seeking a dynamic Finance Manager with hands-on experience in both traditional accounting and cryptocurrency operations to join our innovative startup team. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance
- Safeguard and manage cryptocurrency wallets, including transaction processing, reconciliation, and security protocols
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems for both fiat and digital assets
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and tax requirements specific to cryptocurrency transactions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and controls
- Oversee audits and maintain accurate financial documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance management experience
- Proven expertise in cryptocurrency wallet management and blockchain transaction handling
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and crypto platforms
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a startup environment
- Advanced knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multi-currency financial systems and digital asset accounting
