Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial reporting, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to track operational performance.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal financial policies.
- Oversee treasury operations, cash flow management, and working capital optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional project teams to analyze the profitability of engineering projects and contracts.
- Provide strategic financial counsel to the senior management team to support informed business decision-making.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure operational efficiency and professional development.
- Manage external audits, tax filings, and relationships with corporate banks and regulatory bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or CA).
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably within an Engineering, Manufacturing, or MNC environment.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, local taxation, and financial regulatory standards in Singapore.
- Proven ability to utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) for financial reporting.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities with precision.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- High level of integrity, professional ethics, and attention to detail.
