Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end financial reporting process for F&B operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with MFRS/IFRS.
- Develop and execute comprehensive annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Drive performance through detailed variance analysis, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
- Partner with department heads to identify and implement financial strategies that improve margins and operational efficiency.
- Oversee cash flow management, working capital initiatives, and treasury operations to maintain organizational liquidity.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including the preparation of financial statements and audit schedules.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or ICAEW) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record in the F&B industry or related retail/manufacturing sectors is a strong advantage.
- Deep expertise in financial modeling, data analytics, and the use of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Exceptional business acumen with the ability to communicate complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a focus on strategic growth.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Malay; ability to influence senior management and work effectively across diverse teams.
