Tanggung Jawab
- Take full ownership of the full MY finance function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
- Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, providing actionable insights for the upcoming 3rd entity launch.
- Manage month-end and year-end closing procedures, including variance analysis and reconciliation.
- Oversee inventory management and cost control specifically tailored for the F&B sector.
- Ensure strict compliance with MFRS (Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards) and local tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to ensure smooth audits and filings.
- Manage a small team of finance staff, providing guidance and professional development.
- Implement and optimize financial systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or MICPA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a finance management role, preferably within the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is required.
- Proven experience in managing multiple entities and handling rapid business expansion.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and financial modeling.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to integrity and ethical financial practices.
