Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end financial planning and analysis processes including annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic modeling
- Conduct comprehensive variance analysis and performance reporting against financial targets
- Develop executive-ready financial dashboards and presentations for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Analyze market trends and financial data to inform strategic decision-making
- Oversee financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; CPA/CMA/MBA preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of FP&A experience with 2+ years in managerial role
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Experience in multinational corporations with exposure to cross-border operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive audiences
