Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the entire financial department, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Manage inventory valuation and cost control mechanisms specific to manufacturing operations.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of financial systems and software to streamline processes.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure full compliance with tax regulations and financial audits.
- Mentor and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance Management within the FMCG or Manufacturing sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Tax Regulations and Accounting Standards (PSAK).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
