Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
  • Develop and implement financial controls to streamline clinic operations and mitigate fiscal risks.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement strategies.
  • Oversee tax compliance, BIR filings, and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with department heads to manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Maintain financial records with high integrity and confidentiality.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within a healthcare, clinic, or medical setting.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
  • Deep understanding of Philippine taxation, labor laws, and financial reporting standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
