Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger maintenance.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Develop and implement financial controls to streamline clinic operations and mitigate fiscal risks.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Oversee tax compliance, BIR filings, and ensure adherence to local regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with department heads to manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain financial records with high integrity and confidentiality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within a healthcare, clinic, or medical setting.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP) and MS Excel.
- Deep understanding of Philippine taxation, labor laws, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
