Join Sunland Development Corporation as a Finance Manager and take ownership of the end-to-end financial operations for our prestigious hotel in Manila City. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee complete accounting operations including AP/AR, payroll, and general ledger management
- Develop and implement strategic financial plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with business objectives
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes and deliver accurate financial reporting
- Analyze financial performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate favorable financial terms
- Mentor finance team members and optimize departmental workflows
- Collaborate with department heads on cost optimization initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive finance experience in hospitality sector
- Proven expertise in end-to-end financial management and reporting
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Excellent leadership capabilities with team management experience
- Fluent in English and Filipino with strong communication skills
