- Oversee financial operations for assigned country hotel portfolio
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Ensure compliance with Accor's financial policies and local regulations
- Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining service standards
- Manage financial reporting and internal control systems
- Collaborate with hotel GMs on strategic financial planning
- Mentor and develop finance teams through training and coaching
- Analyze P&L statements and provide actionable insights to leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA/ACCA certification
- 5+ years hotel finance experience with 2+ years in management
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making ability
- Proven track record in team leadership and development
- Expert knowledge of Indonesian tax and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-property environments
