As the Finance Manager, you will be the backbone of our financial operations. Your primary mission is to safeguard the financial health of the organization while providing strategic insights to drive growth. You will manage the full accounting cycle, from financial reporting and budgeting to tax compliance and cash flow management. You will work closely with the executive team to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement. Tanggung Jawab
- Direct the financial strategy, planning, and forecasting for the organization.
- Oversee the complete accounting cycle, including AR, AP, general ledger, and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, treasury operations, and working capital to optimize financial health.
- Ensure full compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory bodies, including the preparation and review of tax returns.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor budget performance against actuals.
- Coordinate all audit activities, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
- Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- At least 6 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with 2+ years in a managerial capacity.
- Proven experience in a technology, BPO, or fast-paced corporate environment.
- Deep understanding of Philippine Tax Code, PFRS, and SEC regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Results-oriented with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be amenable to work in a hybrid setup in Mandaluyong City.
