Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Maintain and update comprehensive governance-ready documentation for all finance-related procedures.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including P&L and balance sheets.
- Ensure full compliance with local tax regulations and internal financial policies.
- Collaborate with management to develop budgets and forecast financial performance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine financial standards and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment.
